Hollins & Hollinshead are authorised stockists of all brands sold in our High Street Shops and on our online sites. All our stock comes directly from the official distributors and therefore, comes with the correct packaging, instructions and manufactures guarantee.
Below is a step by step guide of how to purchase an item from our Ebay Shop. If you encounter any problems or have any questions, please do not hesitate to get in touch with a member of our sales team. We are always happy to help.
We accept all major Debit / Credit cards.
Once you have decided on the item(s) you wish to purchase and you have clicked to "Buy now" you will receive an Email from Ebay to "Pay Now" which will lead you to the payment Page.
You will now have two options to complete the payment: PayPal or Credit Card. If you wish to pay via PayPal or Debit / Credit Card, please click to pay through PayPal. By clicking on the link to pay by "Credit Card" you will need to contact us to make a phone payment.
Once the item has been paid for, you will receive an Email from us through Ebay confirming payment.
If purchased before 3pm Monday - Friday your order will be dispatched the same day. Items purchased after 3pm or on a weekend will be dispatched the next working day.
Once dispatched you will receive an Email confirming shipment with a tracking reference number to use with Royal Mail in the UK.
ALL International orders are to be paid through PayPal only.
If paying by Cheque, we strongly advise that you contact us first so we are able to process your order as quick as possible. Our policy is to wait 7 working days from when the cheque is banked for it to clear. Please make all cheques payable to: Hollins and Hollinshead

We take great care to ensure all items are packed to a high standard, so that your new purchase arrives in perfect condition.
All orders placed Monday - Friday before 3.00pm are dispatched the same day. Orders received after 3.00pm will be dispatched the next working day. Orders placed Friday (after 3.00pm), Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched the following Monday (Unless on a Bank Holiday when orders are dispatched the next day, on Tuesday).
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email which will include your tracking reference number. Use this number to track your item right to your doorstep with Royal Mail Track and Trace.
It is the responsibility of the customer to be aware that duty may need to be paid in your country. For US and Australia, please be aware that your order may be delayed in customs and that we have no control over its release.
We reserve the right to change the shipping method of any item in a promotional sale.

Yes. Everything we sell is new and comes in its appropriate packaging. Full official stamped manufacturers guarantees are sent with items where applicable (watches). We check ALL items for defects and scratches etc. before they are dispatched.
Are all the items I see on your website, in stock?
Yes. ALL the items shown in our online store are in stock and ready to be dispatched to you.
Do all watches come with guarantees?
Yes. ALL Watches come with their official manufacturers guarantees that are dated and stamped Hollins & Hollinshead with our contact details.
Do your watches / Jewellery come in boxes?
Yes. ALL items come in their correct boxes / packaging.
Do all the watches come with batteries?
Yes. ALL Watches have batteries supplied. The correct time will be set ready for you to wear.
Can you deliver to my work address?
Usually yes. You will need to let us know the delivery address via telephone or Email.
Do you ship to BFPO addresses?
Yes we do.
Can I track my order?
Yes. This service applies to ALL UK residents who have purchased items over with tracked postage. We will send you a tracking reference number to use on the Royal Mail website.
Can you adjust the watch bracelet for me?
Yes. We are happy to adjust your purchased watch bracelet for you at NO extra cost. Although we cannot guarantee that it will fit perfect, we will try our best to get it to fit as perfect as possible. All we need you to do is get in touch with us via Ebay, Telephone or Email, with your name, the purchase you have made and wrist measurement. We will then place your spare links in the watch box for you.
If the watch bracelet needs to be bigger, we may be able to order more links for you at an extra cost (price depending on the watch), please contact for more details.
What if my watch stops working?
This is a rare problem, however, if this happens, we are more than happy to help.
We strongly advise that you contact a member of our sales team before you send an item back.
Please note: If you have a problem with your watch that you purchased from Hollins and Hollinshead and it is still within its guarantee timescale, we will happily deal with this FREE of charge on your behalf so you do not have to worry about a thing!
What if my watch stops working / a function on my watch stops working and my guarantee is now out of date?
If you purchased an item from Hollins & Hollinshead and this now has an out-of-date guarantee, we are more than happy to help and will get you a quote on a price for it to be fixed. Please contact us via Ebay, Telephone or Email to discuss with a member of our qualified sales team.
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
ALL items sold by Hollins and Hollinshead are 100% Guaranteed New . We are Authorised UK Stockists of all the Brands we sell.
All items are inspected before they are dispatched, but please make sure that you still inspect your purchased item(s) as soon as you receive it, while any tags or protective layers are still attached.

Returns & Refunds Policy
Once you receive your purchased item(s), if for any reason you are unhappy or it does not meet your requirements, you may send it back for a refund as per the Distance Selling Regulations. (If notified within 7 days of receipt and returned within 30 days, a full refund will be issued, if notified after 7 days of receipt and returned within 30 days, a refund of the cost of the item less our shipping will be issued)
